Aroma: A little smoky and maybe a little meaty, with a hint of raw sugarcane. Am I hallucinating?
Impressions: Wow, is this ever smooth. I was a bit nervous it would taste like smoked sausage, but in fact it is super-soft and slips down my throat like a mercury eel. It's hardly even there, and the aftertaste is nonexistant. Unsure of whether this is a good thing (I like to taste my wine), I can't complain about the silky texture or mellowness of body. I pronounce it a wine for people who don't care much for wine.
